When you first receive your Mountain garment we recommend washing in cold water alone or with like colors. Since your shirt was hand-dyed it will continue to bleed some excess color for the first few washes. It is safe to use normal detergent, just make sure to avoid bleach. Your Mountain Tee should be dried either in a tumble dryer or flat, not hung as the weight of the water will cause the cotton to stretch.

After just one wash you will not know where the print ends and the shirt begins. Our unique printing process actually pulls the dye color out of the shirt and leaves the ink color behind, essentially dyeing the cotton with the ink. The Mountain Classic T-shirt features a relaxed fit, with reinforced double-stitching on all seams. About
I am a painter and illustrator from Pittsburgh, PA. I paint in the oil impasto style, a technique used in art where paint is laid thickly on canvas, leaving visible brush (or palette knife) strokes. When dry, impasto provides a great deal of texture to the finished painting. Over the years I have tried my hand at many different themes and a wide variety of painting mediums, but I always seem to find myself back at the easel with oils on the palette. Oil paints are a true delight to work with and they seem to express themselves effortlessly, as if on their own!
