Saul Goodman is a criminal lawyer who is familiar to Albuquerque residents thanks to his over-the-top late-night television commercials, where his catchphrase is Better call Saul! and claims “I fight for YOU, Albuquerque!”

Compared to other lawyers, Saul comes off as incredibly shady. However, he’s highly skilled at helping his clientele navigate extra-legal circumstances and is the king at finding legal grey areas and loopholes. Because of this, he has connections to highly influential criminals such as Gus Fring. Saul also works with a leathery veteran private investigator named Mike, who carries out illegal commands from Saul and Gus without question.
